Michelle Hotchkiss has experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including, in particular, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial services regulation. Michelle has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions having assisted on a number of high value transactions during her time at the firm.
Michelle joined the firm as a trainee in 2002 and qualified as an Isle of Man Advocate in 2004. She has remained a member of the Corporate and Commercial Department since qualification. Michelle undertook a secondment at a leading international bank in 2008.
